We offer support in various areas, whether it is the maintenance of your ERP systems (e.g. SAP ECC, S/4HANA, C/4HANA), the operation or hosting or through the CPI monitoring. We also have experienced consultants in application support who have been working with SAP ECC and its previous versions for decades.
We provide information on SAP product innovations, SAP support and enhancement packages, and new software releases. But also the latest updates on the SAP solutions used. This keeps you up to date with technology.
Innovation and added value
SAP Support Portal allows any SAP customer to search for and download SAP OSS notes for questions and problems. 80% of these SAP hints contain coding corrections to solve the technical problem. Most SAP hints contain the description of the complication from a business perspective as well as the technical solution. The Transaction SNOTE implementation tool for coding corrections helps the customer implement SAP hints. A variety of SAP hints are available in German and English. Automatic translations are available from English to Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Korean, Spanish and other languages.
"Shortcut for SAP Systems" makes it easier and faster to complete many SAP support tasks.
With this project experience, we are expanding our maintenance offering, for example with Meet-the-Expert Sessions of the SAP Enterprise Support Academy.
