With SAP Solution Manager, an application lifecycle management tool, your users can submit service requests, errors, notices, or problems directly to us. Our support staff then remotely handle message handling and problem resolution.
A team of 40 highly qualified SAP consultants is available for this purpose, who have successfully served more than 250 companies over the last 15 years. Last year alone we recorded over 10 successful SAP roll-outs.
SAP SUPPORT FROM IT SUPPORTER VIEW
As part of the VAR (Value Added Reseller) Support Model, we process the support messages created by the end user. Our helpdesk, as the main provider of software support, receives your message, performs an initial root cause analysis of the support case, and passes the message to SAP® if necessary.
