We successfully completed the 200,000 chat this year the week before last. We talk to our customers in over 5,000 chats a week. We expect this to increase as many of our customers have not yet discovered the real-time support channels for themselves. In addition, awards are a good way for customers to get a neutral rating. Through the SAP ONE Support Launchpad, customers can find the status of support connectivity in the My Landscape application. The Status of Support Connectivity app displays the data collection status for the customer's on-premise landscape.
Preconfigured setup and ready-to-use business processes
SAP Support Portal allows any SAP customer to search for and download SAP OSS notes for questions and problems. 80% of these SAP hints contain coding corrections to solve the technical problem. Most SAP hints contain the description of the complication from a business perspective as well as the technical solution. The Transaction SNOTE implementation tool for coding corrections helps the customer implement SAP hints. A variety of SAP hints are available in German and English. Automatic translations are available from English to Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Korean, Spanish and other languages.
