SAP Support Backbone Update - What's next?
If it burns again...
The reports filed outside of our business hours will not be processed until the next working day. The SAP processes the "Very High" priority messages immediately. In order to ensure that you as a customer are always well informed about how a message can be submitted outside of business hours, our answering machine with the relevant information is available to you. In the Customer Guide, you will learn how to proceed in the event of a system shutdown, for example, to submit the message to SAP for immediate processing. You will also receive detailed information about the message task in SAP Solution Manager and a description of the message task outside of our business hours.

Our experts ensure a timely release with short reaction and solution times. We rely exclusively on permanent employees in Germany for our support and do not use offshore resources for our call-in.
The concept of SAP MaxAttention
In the event of a very high-priority malfunction (e.g. system shutdown of the SAP system) and inaccessibility of the support or SAP Solution Manager Portal of Deutsche Telekom, SAP Support is directly accessible via the SAP Local Support Centre (24/7). With the reason that Deutsche Telekom is currently not available as a partner for a problem notification, you can open your message directly to SAP. SAP Support will contact you or Telekom immediately with your escalation contact.

"Shortcut for SAP Systems" simplifies SAP support tasks and adds to the standard's missing functions.

This should also reduce the complexity of support for users at the same cost.
