WHAT DO WE DO
Together with the customer, we agree on a maximum time span to resolve reported problems. These periods are set out in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Visit the SAP Support Portal and use the SAP ONE Support Launchpad. With it you can search our knowledge base, find solutions to problems and report incidents.
SAP Application Management
If a failure occurs, we commit to fix it or find a temporary solution within a strict timeframe defined by the SLA. With critical functions of the system this can even be 4 hours!

Tools such as "Shortcut for SAP Systems" allow for a quick fix in SAP support.

The Salt consultants examine the relevant processes, explore the available options and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of a conversion.
